Battery Manufacturing Engineering - Front End

In this manufacturing engineering role, you will work actively on Industrialization of cell factories with a diverse, multi-functional team to specify, deliver and commission state-of-the-art processes and equipment for the production of battery cells that meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction in the New Energy Vehicles of tomorrow.

In addition to the industrialization of the Battery cell, you will have an exciting opportunity to innovate and develop next gen technology processes / methods to drive continuous improvement for cell $ /KWH.

Develop manufacturing process

+ Lead, engineer line layouts and Implement the Battery Manufacturing processes and launch manufacturing facilities. Processes specific to LFP Front End (mixing, coating, Calendaring and Tab Forming)
