Overview

HYTE is retained by a fast-growing, venture-backed advanced engineering company to appoint a Battery Systems Lead into a critical technical leadership role.

This position sits at the intersection of battery systems development, high-voltage engineering, prototyping, testing, industrialisation and certification. The role is highly hands‑on and focused on taking advanced lithium‑ion battery systems from concept through design, validation, production readiness and operational deployment.

The successful individual will combine strong battery systems expertise with practical engineering judgement, remaining close to the hardware whilst providing technical leadership to engineers, suppliers and development partners.
