Role Overview The Role requires development experience in IBM BPM/BAW (Business Automation Workflow). Role will include designing and developing BPM solutions in IBM BPM/BAW and ensuring a reliable and timely delivery of the code to the customer as per the requirements. Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience working directly with clients as a technical consultant and have experience in IBM BPM/BAW. They will not only be technically savvy but also have mastered the art of delivering customer solutions that meet their future requirements. The candidate will blend their analytical, solutions-focused approach with a service-oriented attitude. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Diploma/Degree related to Information Technology or equivalent experience. Experience Required 2+ years broad experience in translating business and functional requirements into technical specifications and developing the code to create the solutions.
