Baycrest Hospital Quality and Safety Manager

Lead quality improvement initiatives as Baycrest Hospital’s Quality and Safety Manager. Ensure patient safety protocols and accreditation standards are met through strategic oversight and direct leadership.
Reporting to the Chief Heritage and Quality Officer, this role is vital for overseeing quality and safety measures at Baycrest. You will lead cross-departmental efforts to implement quality initiatives and monitor compliance with safety regulations. Additionally, you will oversee the Senior Quality Leap Initiative and ensure strategic alliances with external stakeholders.
