**Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School Setting**
**Position Overview**
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides consultation, training, and behavioral services for students with academic and behavioral challenges within a school setting. This role serves as a clinical educator by assessing, observing, and supervising behavioral interventions and supporting effective service delivery.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Conduct behavioral evaluations and functional assessments
+ Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
+ Provide consultation and training to school staff and stakeholders
+ Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
+ Supervise and support behavioral service delivery in educational environments
+ Act as a clinical teacher, modeling and reinforcing best practices
