BD/Retail Store Expansion (Government/Hospitals)

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute retail expansion strategy, with a strong focus on governance-driven environments such as corporate offices, hospitals, universities, and institutional developments.
• Identify and secure strategic locations by conducting on-ground feasibility studies, site visits, and detailed market assessments.
• Build and maintain strong networks with landlords, property developers, agents, and institutional stakeholders to unlock expansion opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end leasing activities, including site sourcing, evaluation, proposal, and deal closure.
• Take full ownership of tenancy negotiations, including Letter of Intent (LOI), Letter of Offer (LOO), and Tenancy Agreements, ensuring favorable terms and risk mitigation for the business.
