Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily outlet operations to ensure operational excellence
- Lead, coach, and motivate beauty consultants and therapists to achieve sales and service targets
- Provide professional beauty consultations and personalised customer service
- Promote and sell beauty packages, treatments, and retail products
