Hands-On Demonstrations: Provide practical demonstrations of beauty treatments, ensuring all onboarding employees gain proficiency in both theoretical and practical aspects. Product Knowledge: Stay updated with current beauty trends, products, and technologies. Educate clients and trainees on proper product usage and benefits. Quality Assurance: Ensure all training and beauty services adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
