Beauty Visual Merchandising Lead – GCC

SEPHORA in Dubai is looking for a Visual Merchandising Specialist to execute and manage visual merchandising concepts across stores. The role requires 2-3 years of experience in in-store merchandising within the beauty industry, with fluency in both English and Arabic.

You will partner with retail teams to ensure brand consistency and optimize product visibility, while being part of a culture that champions diversity and inclusion.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and creative skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
