This position involves direct implementation of skill acquisition and behavior reduction plans with individuals diagnosed with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. Under close supervision, the behavior technician will provide direct care and implement the treatment goals and objectives mutually developed by the BCBA, family, and clinical team across the home and community based setting.
