+ As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in achieving their goals through Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
+ Implement Behavior Plans: Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the supervising BCBA
+ Behavioral Support Strategies: Utilize behavior-analytic strategies such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Naturalistic Teaching, and Reinforcement Techniques to support clients
