Behavioral Health Technician

We are looking for a person to join our mental health and substance use disorder interdisciplinary treatment team. This is for an overnight position from 8PM-6AM. General Purpose The Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) role is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to the patients of Peaks Recovery Centers (PRC) in a structured and safe environment. Responsibilities include facilitating the on-site patient admissions process, addressing patient needs with professionalism and empathy, monitoring and documenting patient behavior, and maintaining accurate patient medical records. BHTs actively participate in crisis intervention, safety checks, and escorting patients throughout the facility to ensure smooth daily operations. They serve as positive role models, promote ethical standards, and foster an atmosphere of encouragement and support.
