Milk Education are currently recruiting for a dedicated and resilient Behaviour Mentor to join a thriving secondary school in Newham from September 2026 until July 2027 on a temporary agency contract.

This Behaviour Mentor role is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who is passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. The successful Behaviour Mentor will work closely with students, teaching staff, and pastoral teams to promote positive behaviour, improve engagement, and support students both academically and emotionally.
