We are recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant to join a welcoming SEN school in Gateshead, supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD and social, emotional and mental health needs.
Your Role
- Build positive relationships with pupils
- Support behaviour management strategies
- Assist students with classroom activities
- Encourage emotional wellbeing and confidence
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team
