Behaviour Support Coordinator

We are seeking to appoint an exceptional individual to the position of Behaviour Support Coordinator based at Plymstock School. The successful candidate, will be required to manage and continue to develop our caring and supportive learning environment for our young people, including the school vision of Achieving Excellence through Curriculum and Culture.

The focus of this post is to complement the wider staff groups with implementation of the school’s Behaviour Policy. The Behaviour Support Coordinator will strive to improve the behaviour and habits of identified pupils whose behaviour is a barrier to their learning, through systematic interventions.
