Behaviour Support Mentor

We are seeking a dedicated, resilient and compassionate Behaviour Support Mentor to join a Pupil Referral Unit in Burnham on a full-time, term-time basis. Working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:30pm, this rewarding role offers a daily rate of £92.63 and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of secondary-aged pupils who have been excluded from mainstream education. You will work closely with students who may present with social, emotional and mental health needs, challenging behaviour and a range of barriers to learning. Providing support on both a one-to-one basis and in small groups, you will help pupils rebuild confidence, develop positive behaviours and re-engage with education.
