Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a resilient and compassionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to work within a specialist behaviour unit supporting pupils with SEMH (Social, Emotional & Mental Health) needs.
About the Role
This is a highly rewarding but challenging position where no two days are the same.
You will be supporting pupils who:
- Experience significant emotional and behavioural barriers to learning
- May display behaviours outside of mainstream expectations
- Can become dysregulated and require calm, structured support
