Your role as Behavioural Analyst/Therapist: Conduct comprehensive behavioural assessments to identify areas of need, and develop individualised intervention plans grounded in ABA principles. These plans should include clearly defined goals, targeted intervention strategies, and progress-monitoring methods to address challenging behaviours and promote positive social and academic outcomes.
Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to supporting each student's progress.
