Opportunity Description

Job Description

Lead and supervise the bell team in delivering professional service and handling luggage, arrivals, departures, and transportation operations. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance to uphold service standards. Ensure guest requests and VIP arrivals receive personalized attention, maintain equipment and work areas in clean and safe condition, and collaborate with Front Office and Concierge to support daily operations.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2–3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably at a mid-scale international business hotel with approximately 250 rooms
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to guide, motivate, and set a positive example for the team
  • Valid SIM B1 driving licence
  • Proficiency with Opera Cloud
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) with a guest-focused approach, positive attitude, and meticulous attention to detail
