Opportunity Description
Benefits Associate / Senior Associate
Supports administration and delivery of employee benefits programs across the European region (UK, Poland, France, Switzerland, Ireland). Works closely with Health & Welfare and Leave & Absence leadership, reports to both Benefits Managers, and plays a key role in ongoing operations, annual enrollment activities, and regional benefits initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Benefits Administration & Operations: day‑to‑day administration of health, welfare, and leave programs across EMEA; ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies; administer global absence and disability programs; handle complex leave cases.
- Internal stakeholder partnership to apply benefits programs consistently across all European locations; maintain accurate benefit documentation, guides, and SOPs; support pension and retirement program administration.
