SELINE is a fine dining restaurant by James Beard award-winning Chef Dave Beran of Pasjoli and of the closed one-Michelin starred Dialogue. Seline draws influence from local SoCal ingredients crafted with modern techniques. We are currently looking to hire a BEVERAGE CAPTAIN to join our team . This is an opportunity to hone your skills, and take part in shaping a new, exciting culinary destination in Los Angeles and work in an environment that values teamwork and innovation.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience as a server, or in a related role within a fine dining kitchen.
- 1+ years of experience as a Sommelier. WSET certifications are a plus, but not required.
