We are recruiting a Bid Manager for the AtkinsRéalis Middle East Win Work Team. The role involves leading the entire bid process from capture to project appointment, ensuring compliance, quality, and a winning commercial offering.
Responsibilities- Lead capture planning and win strategy sessions to secure approvals aligned with submission deadlines.
- Execute and drive corporate governance processes, systems, and procedures.
- Ensure effective use of bid tools and processes for all proposals to maximize winning opportunities.
- Coordinate with technical teams to produce a robust response to technical requirements.
- Collaborate with leadership and technical teams to develop a robust commercial offering.
- Ensure the final bid document is winning, compliant, error‑free, and delivered to the client in the correct format on time.
