Higgins is looking for an experienced Bid Writer to join the New Business team based in Penrose.As a Bid Writer, you’ll turn technical and commercial information into clear, well-structured submissions that support successful tenders. Working with project teams, estimators and subject matter experts, you’ll shape responses that meet requirements and reflect how projects are delivered.
