The Consumer Affairs Coordinator handles consumer inquiries and high-visibility escalations—investigating issues, coordinating resolutions, administering goodwill when appropriate, and documenting all cases in Salesforce. They also analyze trends, ensure timely follow-ups to maintain customer satisfaction, and support internal stakeholders while reporting to the Manager, Contact Centres and Consumer Affairs.
