SupportFinity™ is seeking a Customer Support Specialist based in Penang, Malaysia. The role entails managing customer orders from entry to fulfillment while ensuring compliance with company standards. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and be fluent in English and Mandarin.

The specialist will coordinate logistics, handle service return orders, and collaborate with various teams to deliver excellent customer service. Experience in customer support and knowledge of ERP systems is preferred.
