Become a Bilingual Digital Business Customer Support Agent at TPCA, focusing on customer satisfaction and tech support. This full-time position offers remote work outside Ontario or onsite in Waterloo.
As part of the Operations Customer Expert team, your primary focus will be on resolving customer concerns related to Audiconnect subscriptions and vehicle issues.
