Opportunity Description
TP in Johor Bahru is looking for a Customer Happiness Hero to enhance customer experiences through effective communication. This role involves chatting with customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries about products, and ensuring efficient customer support by collaborating with various departments.
The ideal candidate should be fluent in Mandarin and English, possess multitasking and organizational skills, and be comfortable with a work-from-home arrangement for the first 6 months before transitioning onsite.
Salary is up to 4500RM with rotational shifts and 5 working days plus 2 off days.
