Bilingual Marketing Coordinator

The BilingualMarketing Coordinator(English/Spanish) will be responsible for ensuring accurate, compelling, and performance-driven marketing execution across the multifamily real estate portfolio. This role bridges marketing, operations, and revenue strategy to ensure our assets are represented optimally across all digital and physical platforms.

This position oversees website accuracy, ILS performance, pricing feeds, market intelligence reporting, advertising consistency, and collateral management to drive occupancy, leasing velocity, and brand alignment.

Key responsibilities include:

• Digital Presence & Listings Management
  • Manage property listings across ILS platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow, RentCafe, etc.).
  • Ensure pricing, availability, specials, amenities, photos, and property information are accurate and updated.
