**Location:** Mississauga- Montreal **Employment Type:** Full-time* Support for Provider Relations administrative tasks.* Review and validate completed provider agreements, returning them to providers for corrections or additional information when required.* Perform quality assurance checks on both self‐completed work and team submissions to ensure all output meets departmental quality standards.* Ensure all required agreement information for pharmacy, medical supplies and equipment, mental health care, vision care, and dental providers is accurately entered into the Express Scripts Canada system in a timely manner.* Process and update provider modifications and terminations across all benefit areas accurately and within established timelines.* Respond to inquiries from providers, associations, and software vendors in a professional, supportive, and customer‐focused manner, in their preferred language.* Collaborate with team members and support additional team deliverables as needed....
