This is a remote position. Virtual Rockstar is hiring a full-time Bilingual (Spanish/English) Medical Virtual Assistant on behalf of a growing multi-location therapy practice in Texas. This role is primarily focused on insurance verifications, authorizations, and front desk support taking key administrative responsibilities off the in-person team so they can focus on delivering exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is a driven, trustworthy self-starter who is fluent in both Spanish and English and comes in ready to hit the ground running.
