Bilingual Youth Care Specialist (Hiring Immediately)

LSF is looking for a talented Bilingual Youth Care Specialist who wants to make an impact in the lives of youth ages 10-17! Flexible schedules required!

The schedule required for this role is 2nd shift rotation or overnights!  10-hour shifts (12:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and 8-hour shifts (2:00 PM – 10:00 PM).

There is a pay differential for each shift.

Purpose & Impact:

This is a direct service delivery position. The Youth Care Specialist supervises residents, provides quality care, ensures a safe and secure environment and transports and accompanies residents with outside activities.
