Billing & Enrollment Coordinator

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Enrollment Coordinator to support accurate enrollment processing and billing operations within our Financial Services team in Concord, New Hampshire. This position plays an important role in maintaining member and group account accuracy, assisting customers with billing and eligibility questions, and helping ensure timely resolution of account issues. The ideal candidate brings strong administrative skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams, employer groups, and external partners.
