**Key Responsibilities:**

_Billing & Invoice Processing_

+ Generate and process invoices accurately and on time.
+ Review billing data for completeness and accuracy before submission.
+ Ensure proper application of pricing, discounts, and taxes.

_Reconciliation & Reporting_

+ Assist in reconciling billing discrepancies and identifying errors.
+ Maintain and update billing records in the system.
+ Support the preparation of billing reports and statements.

_Customer & Internal Support_

+ Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and billing issues.
+ Work closely with internal departments, such as finance and sales, to resolve billing discrepancies.
+ Provide documentation and support for audits as needed.
