We are seeking a detail-oriented BIM Coordinator specialising in Laboratory and Process Gas Systems to lead 3D modelling, coordination, and technical documentation of high-purity gas and lab utility systems, ensuring clash‑free, compliant models for the Industrial and Research Centre.

• Create, develop, and maintain detailed 3D BIM models for process gas piping, valve manifold boxes, gas cabinets, and specialized lab utility routes using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
• Lead spatial coordination by running clash detection reports and resolving interferences with structural, HVAC, electrical containment, and MEP services through collaboration with project teams.
