Draft and design Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, ensuring quality take-off for MEP services and preparing all related documentation. Provide construction drawings and support testing and commissioning during project execution. Check inspections and testing following installation to ensure compliance with standards. Coordinate effectively with clients, civil contractors, architects, and other M&E contractors to address interface issues and technical clarifications. Conduct duct sizing calculations manually and using duct checker software. Design specifications for Mechanical Ventilation Fans, Grilles, and Diffusers. Offer assistance to senior modelers on CSD and other submission requirements. Requirements
