BIM Engineer: Pools & Water Features Specialist

Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) is seeking a BIM Engineer to develop and manage Building Information Models for swimming pool and water feature projects. The role involves creating accurate 3D models, coordinating with various disciplines, and producing necessary construction documentation.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, a minimum of 3-5 years of BIM experience, and proficiency in tools like Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD. Certification in BIM is a plus. This position is vital for the successful delivery of projects from design through handover.
