Key Responsibilities Standards & Implementation Lead the adoption of Revit/BIM across the practice. Develop and implement a structured BIM rollout, including resourcing, training, workflows, and deployment. Evaluate, report, and monitor BIM goals, KPIs, and workload against deliverables.
