Opportunity Description
We are looking for an experienced MEP BIM Manager to lead our BIM team and oversee the delivery of BIM services across a diverse portfolio of projects. This is a key role within the business, responsible for managing BIM standards, supporting project delivery, and developing a high-performing team of BIM professionals.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, manage, and mentor a team of BIM Coordinators, Technicians, and Modellers.
* Oversee the delivery of BIM on multiple MEP projects from design through to construction and handover.
* Ensure all BIM deliverables meet client requirements, project standards, and ISO 19650 compliance.
* Manage model coordination, clash detection, and quality assurance processes.
* Develop and maintain BIM standards, workflows, templates, and best practices.
* Coordinate with engineers, project managers, clients, contractors, and external consultants.
