Job Summary You will create and manage BIM content and production documents to deliver BIM-assisted projects, ensuring model quality and alignment with standards while supporting 4D simulation and 5D cost management.
Responsibilities Create BIM content and production documents to support BIM-assisted project delivery Perform quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) on modeller and consultant BIM models to ensure compliance with organizational VDC/IDD standards Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation, and fabrication purposes Interpret engineering drawings and update consultant RFIs to accurately reflect design intent Develop BIM models with correct parameters and attributes to enable 4D ...
