BIM Modeler (MEP) for 4D/5D Projects — 2-Year Contract

Sime Darby Industrial Sdn Bhd in Singapore is looking for a BIM Specialist on a 2-Year renewable contract. You will create BIM content and production documents to support BIM-assisted project delivery, ensuring model quality and compliance with standards.

The ideal candidate should have at least 4 years of experience in BIM, proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, and the ability to communicate effectively in English. Experience with 4D and 5D BIM models is preferred.
