BIM Modeller (ACMV)

The BIM Modeller supports the design, coordination, and development of ACMV BIM models for construction projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance with project requirements, and smooth coordination across disciplines. The role involves preparing detailed drawings, coordinating clashes, and supporting project teams throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful project delivery. Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and update detailed BIM models and shop drawings for ACMV systems using Revit and AutoCAD Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and construction teams to resolve design issues and clashes with other trades including structural, electrical, and plumbing works Prepare technical submissions, shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation for ACMV projects Ensure BIM models and drawings comply with BIM Execution Plans (BEP), project workflows, Singapore BIM Guidelines, and project specifications Update BIM models based on d...
