Opportunity Description
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare precast shop drawings for HDB projects.
- Develop detailed 3D models of precast concrete components, including walls, beams, columns, slabs, and connections, using BIM software such as Revit or Tekla Structures.
- Review and interpret architectural and structural drawings to generate accurate models and shop drawings for precast manufacturing and fabrication.
- Raise RFIs (Requests for Information) when inconsistencies or discrepancies are identified in consultant drawings.
- Revise and update models and shop drawings based on comments, feedback, and project requirements.
- Issue approved shop drawings to the production team for manufacturing purposes.
- Coordinate with other drafters and modelers to ensure the accuracy and consistency of models and drawings.
