Your Role
We are seeking an experienced BIM Specialist to join our Singapore team. In this role, you will support and lead project-level BIM implementation across design and delivery phases, helping teams establish robust digital workflows, maintain model quality, coordinate with consultants, and apply Gensler’s BIM standards in alignment with project requirements.
You will work closely with project teams, studio leaders, consultants, contractors, and Regional Design Technology leadership to support BIM Execution Plans, model coordination, information management, and digital delivery excellence. The ideal candidate is technically strong, highly collaborative, and confident in translating BIM requirements into practical workflows that improve project delivery, coordination, and design quality. We believe that this role is key to delivering the highest value and best outcome for our clients.
