This position is part of the Responsibilities Serves as a team lead and executes leadership and training to 6 to 8 Bookbinders, Bindery Machine Operators, Production Technicians, and Printing Plant workers as required. Sets up the equipment by synchronizing the multiple workstations and making precise adjustments for sequencing, timing, and movement between stations to provide a continuous flow of work.
