Biologist (Computational)

Summary This position serves as biologist/mathematical statistician/statistician within the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Animal Plant and Health Inspection Service (APHIS), Wildlife Services (WS). The candidate will be highly motivated, innovative and possess a strong background in computational systems development, experience working with wildlife populations and/or diseases and proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., R, Matlab, C++, etc.). Responsibilities The duties described are for the full-performance level. At developmental grade levels, assignments will be of more limited scope, performed with less independence and limited complexity.
