Role overview

This is a back-office coordination role bridging our commercial and technical teams. The Biomedical Engineer – Sales Coordinator will manage pre- and post-sales processes, support tender and regulatory submissions, handle product documentation, and liaise with international principals — ensuring deals move smoothly from inquiry to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Process and track sales orders, quotations, and purchase orders from initiation to delivery
• Coordinate with field sales teams, logistics, and warehouse to ensure timely fulfilment
• Liaise with international principals for product specifications, pricing, availability, and shipment follow-up
• Maintain product databases, catalogues, and technical datasheets in an organised, up-to-date format
