Birchwood Collision Consultant Role

Elevate customer satisfaction as a Collision Consultant at Birchwood Collision Centre. Use your relationship-building skills to guide clients through repair processes from inquiry to follow-up.

This position reports to the Collision Centre Manager and is integral to ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the repair process. You will manage phone inquiries, assist walk-in customers, and ensure proper paperwork is completed for collision repair orders while maintaining high attention to detail.
