Key Responsibilities:
• Execute drill bit repairs and post-braze clean-up
• Conduct quality audits and tests for repairs
• Utilize NC machines for grinding processes
• Maintain equipment certifications and safety protocols

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in bit repair
• Familiarity with shop environments
• Proficient in operating grinders and torches
