We have an opportunity for a Blade Operator at our Dowty Propellers Brockworth site for a 18 month fixed Term contract

The role involves the execution of manual processes either on a possible rotating shift pattern in a production environment.

**Essential Responsibilities:**

+ Blade composite processes to include but not limited to (Composite layup, Preform &
+ Foam, Blade build, resin injection and deflash)
+ Identifying and Implementing process improvements.
+ Identify and hold responsibility for Quality & Environment, Health & Safety issues.
+ Repairing.
+ Ability to work night shift.

**Essential Qualifications:**

+ Demonstrate their ability to work as an effective team player, taking ownership accountability for quality and EHS standards.
