Blasting Superintendent

Purpose of Role

To manage and oversee the blasting operations across Tharisa Minerals (TM) by coordinating the use and movement of explosives across the mine, ensuring the blasting operators and broader blasting team work to meet the established targets and adhere to the weekly blasting plan. To manage all explosives and blasting contractors by reviewing their adherence and compliance to the agreed key performance indicators (kpi’s) established in their respective contracts.
